Refund Policy
We think refunds should be simple. Here's exactly how it works.

Cancel any time from your account profile
Access continues until your billing period ends
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no forms, no phone calls, no waiting on hold.

Go to your Profile — your current subscription is shown on the first tab

Click Cancel and you're done
Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.
If you'd like a refund for unused time, just email us:

Include your account username or the email address on your account

We'll process your refund within 7 days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayPal or Stripe, depending on how you paid.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in the following circumstances:
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the billing date
- Repeated refund requests that suggest misuse of the policy
If you're having trouble with the service, please contact support first — we'd much rather fix the problem than issue a refund.
